Complete all documents in advance but leave signature and date lines blank. Make sure all forms are filled out entirely in black or blue ink if handwritten, or typed and printed clearly.
02Do Not Sign in Advance
Never sign or date your documents before the notary arrives. All signatures must be witnessed by the notary in person to ensure the notarization is legally valid under Pennsylvania law.
03Confirm & Schedule
Before you call Hope, make sure you have everything ready. All signers need a current, government-issued photo ID — a driver's license, passport, or state ID card will work. Everyone who needs to sign must be present and able to show their ID when you call.
