By submitting payment to Mobile Notary Now (MNN), you agree to adhere to our *Terms and* *Conditions*, which include policies concerning cancellations, refunds, & rescheduling. (MNN) staff are prohibited by law from providing legal advice. All participants are required & mandated by local & state law upon request to provide valid government issued identification & demonstrate competency, without *any duress*, *coercion* while notary service is being performed.

MNN requests that your documents are typed up, entirely or hand-written with black or blue ink only in advance of the notary’s arrival or any other service request. Please do not sign or date the documents. If you require notary services, please ensure that your documents are completed. It’s not just important, but it’s also a requirement mandated by state law! In event any questions arise concerning your documents, it’s your obligation and responsibility to consult with an attorney. Any concerns and questions should be addressed before proceeding with your appointment or service request.

  1. Payment must be rendered at least 24 hours in advance of any service request.
  2. If date and time needs rescheduling, please let us know.
  3. Refunds: Payments would only be refunded if they are requested within 24 hours of the appointment date/time.
  4. Also, refunds will not be issued for the following:
    • same-day service requests
    • express service requests (requesting a notary in an hour’s time)
    • unsuccessful completion of notarization due to failure to comply with state-mandated requirements
  5. Average appointment allotment is 30 minutes. Additional documents as a package will require an additional 15-30 minutes.
  6. For appointments that require witnesses, there will be an additional allowance of time added only if there are multiple signatures meaning more than 4. Please take note of the timeframe allotted for your appointments. For additional time due to lateness *$50 *(15 minutes of waiting) will be added to your bill.
